Rainbow Dahlias
I experimented with some galaxy effect film on one of my favorite subjects, the Golden Gate Park Dahlias in full bloom. I shot a full roll, accidentally exposed some when attempting to roll up the film, but had fun and honestly kind of like how all the photos look when randomly collaged together. Kinda dreamy??

Morning Walk
At the beginning of 2026, I started going on a walk almost every morning around the edge of Fort Mason, where I get a glimpse of the sun rising over Aquatic Park, throwing glimmering light at the ripples of the brave cold-water swimmers. Most days, after rounding the bend, the iconic Golden Gate Bridge comes into view. I have so enjoyed seeing the flowers bloom and change and just seeing what I notice when I slow down and observe. (You will find me signaling my "local" status with a ceramic mug with an Americano).

Sunroom!!
Fond memories of waking up with a cup of coffee in the most beautiful sunroom full of friends. Nevada City AirBnB did not disappoint.
